About the Residents’ Associations

South Gardens is a part of Elephant Park, encompassing a variety of housing options, including affordable and shared ownership properties.

The development is made up of several buildings, including Arum House, Baldwin Point, Drake Apartments, Henderson Apartments, Siddal Apartments, Sir John Soane Apartments, Stock House and the Wansey Street Townhouses.

The South Gardens Residents’ Association represents all residents across South Gardens and holds regular meetings with Savills, the managing agent, as well as other stakeholders in the development.

Who We Are:

The South Gardens Residents’ Association (SGRA) works to ensure that our community thrives. We represent all residents within South Gardens, including those living in the L&Q-managed Arum and Henderson buildings. Our association is committed to addressing the diverse needs and concerns of everyone in our community, fostering a sense of unity and collaboration.

The Arum & Henderson Residents’ Association (AHRA) represents the specific interests of L&Q shared ownership residents in Arum House and Henderson Apartments.

Our Goals:

Our associations are committed to promoting community engagement, overseeing the maintenance and management of our facilities, addressing service charges, and organising events that bring us closer together.
